What it does, what to expect
The largest battery in our fleet and 120 N·m of pull — from 65 € a week, yours after about eighteen months.
Two days between charges
2880 Wh means you are not pulling the battery out every evening. A full charge takes 6–7 hours, so it goes on the socket overnight after the second shift.
Pull for the hills
120 N·m drags a loaded box up the long climbs to Koliba and Kramáre. On a sustained climb under full load the motor eases off to stay cool — that is the moment to help with the pedals.
Brakes that know the load
Four-piston calipers stop the bike with fifteen kilos riding behind you, and the motor cuts power the instant you touch a lever.

A 100 mm fork and a rear air shock absorb the Old Town cobbles and the rail crossings that come with every central delivery.

Before your first shift
Can I rent while my residence permit is still being processed?
Yes. Bring your passport and the confirmation of your application or current permit, plus an address in Slovakia. We look at your status and paperwork, not at your nationality.
Do I need a driving licence for this bike?
No, because we hand it over limited to 25 km/h. Since September 2026 riding anything faster without an AM licence, registration and PZP insurance is an offence in Slovakia carrying a 60–300 € fine, so we keep the limit in place.
Where do I pick the bike up?
At the branch on Obchodná 52, weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00. We show you how the battery comes out, set the saddle and sign the contract on the spot. After that the bike stays with you.
What range do I actually get in the city?
The manufacturer claims 180 km with pedalling. With a loaded box, the climbs and a start at every light it works out at 100–130 km — two full shifts, not three.
What does the electricity cost?
A full charge is roughly 3 kWh, barely a euro. A month of active delivery lands at 6–8 €.
Who pays for repairs and parts?
We do. Pads, spokes, chain, dampers and a battery swap when capacity drops are on us. You cover the rent and the charging.
Can the bike become mine?
Yes — up to 70% of the rent you have paid counts toward the buy-out price, which on this model works out at roughly eighteen months.
It stopped mid-shift. What now?
Call support. Anywhere in Bratislava we reach you within the hour, bring a replacement bike and take yours in for repair. The call-out is free.
How does it handle winter?
The electronics are rated IPX6, so snow and salted slush are not a problem. Take the battery indoors overnight: it gives less in frost and recovers in the warm. Winter tyres are fitted at no extra cost.
